Foodies is a small operation, so there is no ticket queue and no first-line script. What you write here reaches the founder. Bugs, press, partnerships, privacy requests, or a dish you think we should see, all of it lands in the same place.

Things that are faster than writing to us

Two of the most common requests do not need us at all, and doing them yourself takes seconds rather than days.

  • Getting a copy of your data. In the app, open Settings and tap Download my data. You get a single JSON file with everything we hold. No request, no waiting.
  • Deleting your account. Settings → Delete account. One tap and one confirmation removes your profile, posts, comments, likes, follows, collections, messages and keys. It is irreversible and it does not need our approval.
  • Cancelling Foodies Pro. That one is Apple's, not ours: open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. We have no ability to cancel a subscription on your behalf.

Reporting someone is also in the app rather than here: every post and profile has a report action, and blocking cuts contact in both directions immediately. Use those first, they are logged and reviewed, and they work at 3am.

Writing a bug report we can act on

If something is broken, four lines are worth four paragraphs: what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, and your device and iOS version. A screenshot or a screen recording usually settles it outright, mention that you have one and we will ask you for it by reply.

Foodies is free on iPhone and iPad. Share the dish in front of you, follow chefs and home cooks near you, and keep the recipes you love in collections that still make sense six months later.
